Puppies! If you pay a deposit on a puppy it will not be refundable but may be transferable to another litter. Policy on Harnesses! If your harness spreader bar breaks within 1 month of the date of purchase we will replace it. If the threads come out within 1 month of the date of purchase we will fix it at no extra cost. If your harness gets cut or the dog chewed on it, will will fix it, but there will be a charge!!!!!! We DO NOT except returns on harness that are custom made. We may consider a return on a harness that you purchased based on your measurements (NOT OURS). If the harness has no signs of wear and is in the exact condition it was sent to you. In other words BRAND NEW, and if it is being returned within 7 days of you receiving the harness. If it's past that we will not exept the return. If we except the return then you will have to pay the shipping to have it sent back. We will not refund shipping cost only the price of the harness. If for some reason we do exept the return of a harness and it has visible signs of wear, meaning there is dirt or dog hair on it. WE WILL CHARGE A CLEANING FEE AND THIS FEE WILL COME OUT OF THE PRICE OF THE HARNESS. CLEANING FEE WILL VARY DUE TO THE EXTREMITY OF THE DIRTINESS!!!!!!!!
